* Why BSN?

Why should I go back to school?

So the question was also asked why

seek out a higher education, why a
BSN?
Obtaining a BSN as a nurse will
be a positive aspect in all realms
both personal and professional.

What can I gain by taking on

additional work?
I will personally will feel
empowered once I achieve my
BSN. I will not have limitations
put on me of what hospital I can
be employed at. ("Benefits of
Magnet Designation," 2013)
Magnet status is the new wave of
the future.

Nurses call the shots!

If nurses are always striving for

education they can call their own
shots; at one point in history nursing
wasnt even considered a profession
but rather a doctors help mate, until the
year of 1854 when Florence
Nightingale established the first school
of Nursing at Saint Thomas Hospital.

Employee Benefits

Professional Networking
Nurses also need to educate themselves in order to practice
safely and know what best practice is. Professional Network
benefits can have incredible benefits both personal and
professionally. Professional nursing requires to be
resourceful, to be able to respond to the dynamic challenges
of delivering healthcare (Masters, 2014, p. 160)

Be the best you can be , Never stop!

I will never stop learning new concepts, and my
life goal would be to obtain my PhD in nursing.
Education is the key to self-advancement why not
take advantage of it?
