SERVICE AGREEMENT
Executed between AL BASHAER MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (First Party)
and Mr. . (Second Party).
Terms of Agreement:
1. First party shall provide all the safety gears and required facility to carry out all the welding activities.
2. First party shall provide remuneration as per the time sheet signed by the Site Supervisor and agreed
terms.
3. Second Party shall carry the welding work in DIC on hourly basis at the rate of AED 40.00 per hour
and perform his duty to the satisfaction of the Site Supervisor on all works.
4. Qualification and certification are in accordance to Al Bashaer WPS.
5. This agreement is valid for 6 months from this date.
