Particular Conditions

Structure :

1.
This Building Permit is issued based on the submitted Contractor All Risk Insurance (CAR)
Policy No. P/01/4022/2023/648 for the period from: 21/06/2023 To 20/10/2024 + 12
MONTHS MAINTENANCE PERIOD Based on the consultant responsibility/liability letter
dated 22/06/2023.
The provided Contractor All Risk Insurance (CAR) policy is accepted based on the consultant
liability/responsibility letter with no liability/responsibility whatsoever, to the authority
parts.
Contractor All Risk Insurance (CAR) shall be included one-year maintenance period started
from the completion certificate issuance date for the Building permits and
alternations/additional works NOCs.

2. The Mobilization NOC has been issued based on the consultant and contractor undertaking
letters stating that they will bear full responsibility to comply with the DCD requirements and
any implications might be required by DCD authority for the temporary offices during utilizing
the plot for Mobilization purpose.

General Conditions
1. Generator Noise to be acoustically treated to avoid any disturbance for Neighboring plots.
2. Minimum setback of any toilets & similar facilities from neighboring plots to be 3.0 m .
3. Consultant/Contractor is responsible for any Public complaints or disputes arising during
construction & it will be Consultant/Contractor responsibility to take immediate action to
resolve the complaints.
4. Site Mobilization shall not be used as a storage for material not related to the project or any
other none permitted usage.
5. This NOC is limited to site mobilization activities as per the approved mobilization
documents only. No construction or advertisement activities shall commence for any further
works unless obtaining the required CED approvals.
6. The contractor shall locate proper space for the necessary site lab in an appropriate and
accessible location.
7. Consultant/Contractor shall be responsible for any damages to any existing services during
the construction activities.
8. Fencing and site facilities shall be located within the plot limits. No construction activities or
storing materials are permitted outside the plot limits.
9. Trakhees demarcation certificate for (Building/Infrastructure/Marine works) to be obtained
prior to any construction activity. Consultant/Contractor can refer Client Procedure (CED-CP-
025 Planning-Demarcation) on Trakhees CED website for related information.
10. The mobilization activities shall not be located inside the building/construction or relocated
to another locations prior to obtain required CED approval.
11. The occupying of the new or existing construction/buildings for mobilization purpose shall
be approved by CED by obtaining necessary NOC including all required drawings, design
and relevant NOC’s prior to this occupation.
12. Any facility requiring structural analysis/design or containing more than one floor shall be
approved by CED by submitting all required drawings, design and documents via separated
submission under General NOC service.
13. Master Developer Site Access NOC shall be obtained prior to install the mobilization
facilities and occupy the site by the consultant and contractor.
14. BU reserves the right to instruct the consultant/contractor to clear the service corridor at a
short notice.
15. All project signboards shall be located within the Plot boundaries.
16. The contractor shall maintain all signboards in clear/clean conditions during the

construction period. Continuous power supply to the illuminated signboards shall be


provided.
17. Each floor of buildings greater than 3 stories shall be numbered with characters no less
than 800 mm high.
18. The deposit could be refunded upon completion of project, obtaining Building Completion
Certificate and complete clearance of site from all temporary facilities.
Expiry procedures:
1. This NOC is valid for 6 Months from the issuance date.
2. If the permitted mobilization activities doesn’t commence within Six months from this NOC
issuance date; then the Revalidation of Mobilization and Signboard NOC is required and can
be carried out up to three times for a period of 6 months each.
3. Revalidation/suspension/cancelation for the mobilization NOC shall be submitted if the
related building permit/NOCs construction works are not commenced within 6 months from
the mobilization NOC issuance date.

remain entirely responsible for design, execution of the works and for the stability and safety
during construction and after completion as per related rules.
