    restorativejusticeapproachforrespondingtoconflict.

    Mytimeteachingthissemesterhasbeenawonderfullearningexperienceforme.Asalifelong
    artistithasbeenhasbeeninspiringtoonceagainbeimmersedinanartseducation
    atmosphereandutilizemypassionforinspiringandfosteringcreativityandlearning.Each
    daymyexperiencesnotonlygivemereflectionofhowIcanimprovemyteaching,butalso
    validatesmydecisiontopursueateachingcareer.Mygreatestjoythissemesterhasbeenin
    buildingrelationshipswiththestudents.Iseemyselfgainingtheirtrustandrespectandwant
    tocontinueestablishingthatrelationshipsothatIcanbecomeanadvocateandguidefor
    them.Ithinkthatsomeofmygreateststrengthslieinmycaringandcompassionateheart,
