Tanya has many strengths. Her ability to work with students and know their needs is a huge strength.
Also her ability to stay professional in all circumstances is an amazing quality.

Did you consider the grade level at which the student worked to be an appropriate one? Why?
If not, what level would you recommend? The grade level and disabilities were very appropriate. I
think that Tanya could work at any level.

Tanya is a natural interacting with both students and staff. I feel as though anyone would be lucky
to have her as a paraprofessional.
