Every semester Al-qasmia school reward the excellent students that hav
high grades and good behavior.
The benefits of rewarding these students are to encourage them. For
example is we encourage them and tells them that they do a good job

they will repeat it again. Another benefit is that the other students will d
their best to be like the excellent students. For instance, rewarding the

high students in the morning assembly will encourage the other student

to do their best to achieve them. Also, if we reward the high students for
their good works, they will keep going, and they will try to make more

effort.

However, rewarding the high students may lead to some issues. The firs

problem is the excellent students may have some trouble with the other

student. For example, other students could bully the good students, and

will cause dropping the level of high students. The second issue is sprea

of jealousy between the students. For instance, if the school reward only
the high students the rest of the students will feel jealous.

Furthermore, the benefits of rewarding the high students have overcome

the problem of rewarding. But the schools should deal with the issues by
reward other students such as in their behavior, attendance, work, and
talents. Also, let the students understand the reason for rewarding the
high students and tells them that if they reach them, they will have a
reward.

In conclusion, the teacher job is to help the students and give them han

to help them to develop and be good workers that will benefit the count
So we should always encourage the students to let the fire inside them
burned brighter.
