Concept of School Improvement

As a student and as a future teacher we know how to handle our students. Students go to
school not only to gain knowledge, but also to have a positive outcome as a person. It was
stated in the report , that the community, parents, and the teachers have a part of a student.
The community and the parents, who support the students' education. In the classroom the
teacher of the Principal has a right to correct the students, for example in attending the class the
teacher checks the students attendance with that if the students attend the class late, the
instructor must correct and have the policy to attend on time.

Scholarships and other opportunities for the students are given by the Government or the
Community in order to continue and lessen the expenses, and has a big help to the parents to
continue the students studies. Adequate textbook and Infrastructure enhanced by the
Department of Education to fulfill the students needs.To have a powerful and adaptable learning
infrastructure capable of enabling new sorts of interaction and giving widespread access to
technology tools that allow students to create, develop, and explore is required to prepare
students for future success. Positive feedback coming from the teacher increases motivation,
confidence, and tells people that you care about them. It aids people in learning and honing
their abilities. All of this has a favorable influence on the performance of individuals, teams, and
organizations. Giving positive feedback should be a natural part of your job as a teacher.

As a whole this topic entitled the Concept of School Improvement, tells that the school
improves the students abilities, skills and attitudes. Because in this world, it is important to know
how we deal with other people. The School improves us but as a student we need to take action
to improve ourselves.
