Peace Education as Transformative Education

-Peace education or known as peace building strategy in the case of
post-confl ict situations and an effective way of preventing violent
conflict. It is described as a series of "teaching encounters" because it
draws people: so why? Because peace education promotes the
knowledge, skills and attitudes to help people to prevent conflict, or to
create a way for students to avoid trouble, where our students adjust
their feelings and attitudes to a situation. and It seek transformation
how? and in what way. so, it seeks transformation ksi it builds awareness,
understanding, developing concerns, attitudes, skills, and behaviors to
live in harmony with oneself, with others, and with the natural
environment. And take note peace education is not only about people but
also the environment in which students live.

Holistic understanding of peace

-A new way of thinking about peace is important today. By understanding
peace it means living our lives selflessly, we treat our fellow human
beings with respect and when other people are in need we give when we
have extra, like food or a financial. It was realized that it was not only
war or other violence that can cause death and damage to each other's
reputation. If we don't have peace and violence prevails it can lead to
death and suffering because of the conditions that resulted from it:

The Peaceable Teaching-Learning Process

-If we focus on this and understand well the peace perspective or the
value that is being cultivated would be internalized. Because we say that
it is really difficult to avoid trouble but if we just teach peace to each
other and if we can teach peace education to our students something
good will happen like no trouble, enemies, and you will have many friends
inside of the school.

Why Educate peace?

-Peace education is a key component in averting armed conflict and
bloodshed, as well as saving lives and freeing up limited resources for
social needs. These organizations must have the information, skills, and
ability to effectively handle and manage disputes in their communities, as
well as advocate for social justice.

Peace education as transformative education

-This will promote critical-thinking skills that will help learners relate new
knowledge to their own life experiences. discrimination that is taking
place they can change and when they already know about people like
muslims that's how they believe they will be aware.- That's why we have
punishments within the school that when you get your student in trouble
he will be punished. Or you will be asked to do something that can
change him.

Peace Education as Ethical Imperative

-Here it includes the unity and value of life, not only of human life but also
of other life forms in nature; respect for human dignity; nonviolence;
justice; and love as a social ethic. So it is more encouraging to develop
because it says it will bring good. because they are expected to bring us
to the common good.It is for this reason that peace education includes
the
study of the shared values of diverse faiths and spiritual traditions to
show that even though our status in life is different we share the same
humanity and the same fundamental aspirations for respect
and acceptance, and for fair treatment.
