What Is Best Education For Me?

For me, the best education refers to quality education. It is very

idealistic but I agreed that it would happen if the education system will

make a reform to obtain a quality education.

The role of education in the life of a person is very crucial in attaining

a quality life. That is why, the government should make a great plan to do it

and implement this plan through the educational system. To make things

right, the best education that I see then is supposed to be a well-planned

and accessible system to bring a greater outcome than expected because I

believe that if everything undergoes the process, everything would be best

and excellent to cater a quality education. Imposing the dissemination of

leadership and management should employ according to the function of

each department that is focused on how to attain quality service and

management. Excellent supervision and support from administrative leaders

are the driving force to motivate all teaching and non-teaching to do their

work well and render good services to the learners, parents and other

stakeholders. Building school facilities with applied technologies can lead to

teaching efficiency and effective learning processes.

Educators should always consider the basic needs of the learners and

teachers as well. Hiring competent teachers has a great part in the

implementation of educational plan for a quality education. So, I believe that

teacher’s positive and good attributes can make a difference in teaching

learners effectively.

Like what is happening in the school, the school head should start

the right plan to choose and handle his/her teachers. The leaders should

know how to engage teachers in different relevant school activities, training

and researches to increase their competency in teaching profession and as

individuals. Well–empowered teachers are best in their teaching because

they could give their best in the field of their specialization. Treating

teachers with values of encouragement and loving the teaching profession

will ensure the right disposition of teachers. Benefits and other incentives

for teachers must be given accordingly to give teachers an assurance that

they could handle everything in the best manner such as doing the teaching

job, paper works and as well as in taking care of the learners’ concerns.

Building excellent workplace in the school is very relevant to create

conducive teaching-learning processes.

School should also lead learners to develop the best attitude and

behavior toward learning and facing challenges in and outside the

classroom. Learners should treat them based on what they need especially

in finding their unique learning styles to help them more to perform the

learning competencies needed to explore during the class. Teachers and

schools should work together to guide learners in attaining their health

condition in all aspects such as physical, mental, emotional, social, and

spiritual.
 I prefer learner-centered learning because it is the best way to teach

learners well to discover their potential and utilize resources to attain their

life goals. Teaching learners to become independent in decision-making and

synthesizing outcomes can help them to be life-ready members of society.

The best education for me should contain all the necessary initiatives

and interventions to help children find their belongingness and future career

with excellence. I also see that quality education should take responsibility

to continue the harmonious relationship of educators, authorities, and

stakeholders in establishing the future of our nation, “ Para sa mga Bata at

para sa Bayan”.
