Group Classes and Memberships
1. The new group class schedule seems to be working for the students. More people are coming in the door at a higher
price point.
2. Contracts for EFTs.
- Receipt states scheduled autopays so we will not require them to sign another contract.
- ACH may require a contract but we are still in the process of getting check autodebit added to our current software.
3. Memberships
- So far everyone who has purchased anything this month is a gold level member.
4. 30-Pack Private Lessons
- Frankie and Ashanti need to pay. Rashina needs to pay her $100 every 2 weeks but she is not scheduled until next
week.
Fusion Fitness
1. Zumba
- They still owe us for ? week now. Need to find out and get payment.
- We write down when they actually teach Zumba!
- Do they still pay if no students in the class? Reevaluate because we could potentially use the studio for privates.
- Staff should participate in Zumba so that they (ZFusion) teach consistently on Tues/Wed. in case there are any
stragglers
- Cristell to tell ZFusion flat $40/week
- Our Unlimited Group Class Package: Zumba is Fusion Fitness and therefore it is included.
- If Gold Level Members attend, we will credit ZFusion a percentage of the sale.
- Chris to talk to Austin about the
rates.
- Cristell to confirm Zumba parties on ZFusions schedule: May 6 and June 3.
2. Chair
- Demo by Nanani and Andrea. Potential demo at a social, possibly to start in June.
3. Chris workout schedule: everyones welcome. Please let him know if they want to
Workshops and Socials
1. Zouk:
- We will decide if we will do it twice a month.
- Confirmed Zouk Bootcamp on 5/6.
- Cristell to confirm cost $160
- Tentative other days 5/13 or 5/27
2. Ask students tonight if they will go to the Milonga Fusion Ballroom on the 28thif not, we will need to cancel.
3. Fiesta:
- Dahlia not working.
- 7pm: Book of Life playing with subtitles
- 8pm: Merengue Lesson
- Food: chicken quesadillas, cheese dip, salsa and chips, with Mexican beverages.
4. Ballroom Social:
- Teach Foxtrot if enough people go to social this Saturday.

- Joel Rodriguez is 50/50 and privates are $60

6. West Coast Social:
- Jeremy is same.
7. Line Dance Class:
- We need to develop a system in regards to the playing of music. We can turn down the music or turn it off to signal
that it is ok to use music for another class/lesson
- If a group class is currently on, they take precedence. The class get dibs on the space near music system.
- There is also the small speaker available for use.
Dancing Stars of Augusta
- Cristell wants matching outfits. Cristell to find examples. Also, need to figure out who wants to match.
- Cristell to try get sponsors to get us shirts or jackets for DSoA.
- Cristell going to get school of cosmetology to do hair for our Fusion Ballroom folks
- Cristell talked to Andrea and they will put that school as sponsors on the program.
- DSoA rehearsal for Pros this Saturday 3-5pEVERYONE to go

- Call students to buy into table. We have possibly 6 wanting to attend. Their donation can go to whoever.
Olivianas
- Fusion Ballroom staff can go to dance and teach but they will not pay for us to host.
- Cristell to decide if we will do it. Ricardo doesnt want to do it.
- We can possibly go to socialize but not as Fusion Ballroom
- Chris suggests not, but if we go, we go as patronsnot Fusion Ballroom
Calendar:
May Schedule
1. Next Tuesday (5/10) morning. Cristell and Chris to teach in Waynesboro
2. Art in the Park is 5/15 3-3:15p
- Cristell and AJ to present West Coast Swing
- Will confirm performance with Rueda students
3. Grand Nationals:
- Cristell, Anjelica, and AJ are attending. It will be in Atlanta. They are staying one night, Friday to Saturday.
June Schedule
1. Donald Johnson is confirmed for the first weekend in June.
2. June 24: Salsa competition
- Cristell to confirm with Ashanti if she is still going to compete.
3. USA Dance Dates
- June 18 - Dahlia and Donya to do Hawaiian
- July 16
- August 20 - Cristell
July Schedule
1. No Ballroom Social first weekend in July. We will close for the 4th of July holiday weekend.
2. Jeremy Webb is scheduled for workshops this month.


3. Fourth weekend in July, AJ and Cristell to teach with Jeremy Webb in Emerald Ballroom.

August Schedule
1. USC starting in August. We can have the gym twice a month for dance classes.
September Schedule
1. Harby is coming in September to or Milonga. He cannot be here in June.
Cleaning:
- Swifferfloors and underneath the chairs.
- Bathroomneed to do a better job
- Sunday needs to be the cleaning day this week.
- Maybe set a schedule. Chris, Cristell, Dahlia and Wowie this week and then AJ, Anjelica and Ricardo the following
week.
Employee Portal:
- Login
- Staff emails are archived
- Staff updates are on here. Check weekly, if not daily.
- Shoes. We did receive the shoes. Invoices are working well.
Instructors/Students
- Please keep bringing people in here. Anyone off the street is a potential student/customer.
- Tierra NEEDS to be called today. Cristell to contact her.
- Santreena to come in on Friday (5/6) to meet. She is DVIDA Junior Bronze certified. We can offer her a trial with the
staff. It will be unpaid for one month to group classes.
- We still need another guy.
Other Business:
- Still looking at numbers to build storage and get new ductless air conditioner or upgrade the outside one
- The sign for outside the studio is $100. We cannot do anything until Ricardo can get the logo right.
- The Pools Plus lighted sign...we are going to see if we can get that space for our own sign to go in there.
