[K] is a Linear Representation of The Boundary Current Conditions.
This [K] Can Then Be Reused In a Subsequent Load Case With a
New Load Vector, {F}.
This is Achieved In CAESAR II 2016 By a Modification to The Static
Load Case Editor, to Permit The Reuse of [K] In An Alternate
Sustained Load Case.
