    Welearnedthatyoushouldreadtheinstructioncarefullyandgetitrightthefirsttime,andupon
    discoveringamistake,goBACKandfixit,ratherthantryandcorrectforit.DONTputyourballistic
    deviceonstilts,becausethatjustleadstomoreproblems.

    Withthechallengesofworkinginadesignteam,thechallengescamedowntothelevelof
    communicationthatwehadtodevelopasagroup.Incommunication,itwasimportantinthevery
    beginningtospeakwithoneanother.Wewerentgreatatthatatfirst,andthatwentpoorly.A1
