How do you feel? Yr feelings. (Are you bored? You feel nthg? Then you attract nthg)
You have to feel great to attract thgs

Thinking your desires can actually make you feel good

Can use some techniques to make yrself feel good.

Technique 1:Changing yr posture. Sit up properly. Yr body shouldnt be humpbacked.


Put on a smile. Tell to yrself 20times 'I want to be happy now' with feelings

Technique 2: Smile to yrself in mirror. Think funny stuffs. Watch funny videos.

Technique 3(Weird..): Use blanket and surround yr neck. Walk in yr room like a
superman. If yr neighbour sees you doing tht, it'd be much greater, think what will
happen next?

Chap4
Desire must be strong and in details. You want a new car? What car what colour? I
wan a bmw i8 blue colour. I see myself driving the car, its so nice, I cn listen to the
sound of the engine. This car is so fast when I drive.

Contrary, you have positive feelings. You feel happy you have a new car. But
thinking of buying exp insurance for yr car, you feel bad. Clear yr mind, dont think
of tht.

Seeing an accident makes you feel bad, then you keep thinking of it make your
vibration becomes low. Dont be affected by the bad feeling.

Whn yr company is laying off, you feel worried. You must abolish this feeling.

Your desire must be accurate and in detail. Compare 'I want to be rich' with 'I want
to have 1Million USD, I donate some money to hospitals, everyone feel happy'

Write down yr desire

Chap 5
Believe LOA. Accumulate yr belief every time LOA succeed. Your belief grows bigger
then. Strong belief makes LOA succeed more often.

If your belief is not strong enough, record down all your successful loa stories or tell
your fren your successful loa stories, hence yr belief reinforce

Chap6 (This)
People often fail at gratitude. Bcs thy realise the absence of their desire. Stop tht.
You can find little thgs to gratitude every day so that you can switch your vibration.

Appreciate that you have food to eat before you dine every day.

When you wake up, pls feel gratitude. When you appreciate, you'll attract more
stuffs that you'll appreciate. You can find somethg easy to appreciate (Why am I so
lucky etc.)

When you appreciate your PRESENT, you'll attract FUTURE THAT YOU APPRECIATE

Appreciate is allowing. You allow your presence to be poor, and you appreciate.

Chap7
Dont blame yrself when you do wrong. But pamper yrself more. Act as if youre a
baby, if a baby does smthg wrong, will you scold him or blame him? You wont. You
think he's cute and might jus kiss him on face. Love yourself.

Whatever you do, jus talk positively to your soul. You must insist talking positively in
your heart, until it becomes a habit.

Create a positive sentence and speak it out whenever you are free (I can create
anything I want etc.) For me, (+

These methods change your subconscious mind. Use these methods during day.
Before sleeping and after waking up, say sentence like (++

1. Write down your desire on a paper (I earned 5000USD today in trading, I am so
happy, I appreciate it very much)

2. Relax yrself. Sleep on bed or sit on a comfortable chair, close your eyes, relax
yourself, from head to toe. Hold deep breathe.

3. Start visualizing your desire. You have to believe you have your desire already.
Then, imagine your desire in detail, how does it taste, how does it smell, how does it
touch, what is the colour, what is the size

4. Say in your heart or speak it loudly 'I like this thing so much. I'm so happy to be
here. I'm so happy to own this. Thanks universe!'

5. Visualize 2-3times a day. Each time is around 10-15mins.

6. When you end visualize, say in your heart 'This desire, or anything better than
this desire, will easily and relaxedly exist in my life, and everyone related will
benefit.'

Another method without imagination. Write down yr desires, read it with gratitude.
Repeat reading for few times. Choose one method.

This technique is why ppl fail loa. Bcs ppl think they're lazy and waste time to do
these. But actually these are the most important key for loa. Pls blank out sometime
to do.

Chap9
You are the creator. Make yourself feel good.

When you have bad day, dont feel bad.

Let's say you have a bad feeling about money. You think you cant get rich. Keep
repeating saying that youre rich to yourself until your bad feeling disappears.

You can meditate to make bad feelings disappear too. Repeat 'I can create anything
I want' while youre meditating
