You and your co-manager are to complete a thorough evaluation of your agency
supervisor. Include at least the following information in your written evaluation.

Communication with co-managers: We both communicated excellent with Devon

and Ability First.

Professionalism: Devon was very professional. He also brought a great sense of

humor, and knew when to be funny at the right time.

Management of volunteers: Our volunteers who helped our event were awesome.
They did everything we asked of them and really enjoyed their time with the
participants.

Attitude toward participants: Devons passion is being with the kids at Ability First.
It is very evident Devon really cares about each participant.

Willingness to offer assistance when needed: Devon went above and beyond for
us, he provided all the equipment for us which we were very thankful for.

Rating of leadership: Devon is a natural leader, he deserves the highest rating.

Effectively supervises staff and volunteers: Devon put it all on us to lead this
program, so he was there for emergencies.

Two strengths relating to supervisors abilities: 1. Ability to create a vision for us

2. Effective and provided great ideas when we meet up.

Two suggested areas of improvements 1. Help explain the hand cycles more in
advance and how to fix and adjust them
