Description
The Power-One Advance Controller Card (ACC) is a pluggable microprocessor controller that
provides monitoring and control for a broad range of Power-One DC Power Systems. The ACC
monitors all system parameters including: DC voltage, rectifier current, rectifier temperature, system
capacity, battery parameters, and circuit breaker status.
Alarm and warning notifications are indicated by front panel LEDs, and through potential free alarm
contacts that allow remote signaling. External monitoring of alarms is accomplished through a USB or
RS232 port using PC-based PowCom software. The ACC has an Ethernet port allowing control
over a TCP/IP network and web based support. Alarms can be mapped via SNMP traps to customer
OSS platforms such as HP Openview
To meet individual site requirements, the ACC contains a Programmable Logic Unit that can be used
to monitor and control specified requirements. This allows individual alarm routing and logic
operations to be set as actions, alarms to be triggered, and outputs to be activated based on internal
and external signal monitoring, comparing, and processing.

Description
The Galero Microprocessor Controller (GMC) from Power-One provides comprehensive monitoring
and control of the Galero Power System. This digital controller monitors total system conditions
including DC voltage, rectifier current, rectifier temperature, system capacity, battery parameters, and
circuit breaker status.
The GMC enables data storage of system configuration information such as battery type, installation
date, and system commission date. Visual notification of alarm and warning conditions are indicated
by front panel LEDs, while descriptions of the alarms are provided through RS232 communication
using PC-based PowCom software package.
To meet individual site requirements, the GMC contains a Programmable Logic Unit that can be
programmed to monitor and control specified requirements. This allows actions to be set, alarms to be
triggered, and outputs to be activated based on internal and external signal monitoring, comparing,
and processing.

The Power-One Prime Controller Card (PCC) is a pluggable microprocessor controller that provides
monitoring and control for a broad range of Power-One DC Power Systems. The PCC monitors all system
parameters including: DC voltage, rectifier current, rectifier temperature, system capacity, battery
parameters, and circuit breaker status.
Alarm and warning notifications are indicated by front panel LEDs, and through potential free alarm
contacts that allow remote signaling. External monitoring of alarms is accomplished through an RS232
port using PC-based PowCom software. The PCC has an optional Ethernet port allowing monitoring
and control over a TCP/IP network. Alarms can mapped via SNMP traps to customer OSS platforms such
as HP Openview
To meet individual site requirements, the PCC contains a Programmable Logic Unit that can be used to
monitor and control specified requirements. This allows individual alarm routing and logic operations to be
set as actions, alarms to be triggered, and outputs to be activated based on internal and external signal
monitoring, comparing, and processing.

Description
The Power-One Power Controller System (PCS) provides comprehensive monitoring and control for a
broad range of Power-Ones DC power systems. This digital controller monitors total system conditions
including DC voltage, rectifier current, rectifier temperature, system capacity, battery parameters and
circuit breaker status.
The PCS enables data storage of system configuration information such as battery type, installation date
and system commission date. In addition, the PCS is capable of monitoring up to 128 rectifiers and 128
sub-controllers within a power system. Visual notification of alarm and warning conditions are indicated
by front panel LEDs, while descriptions of the alarms are provided through an LCD or can optionally be
accessed remotely using a PC modem, or over a network using an optional Network Interface (PNI)
module.
To meet individual site requirements, the PCS contains a logic operator that can be programmed to
monitor and control specified requirements. This allows actions to be set, alarms to be triggered, and
outputs to be activated based on internal and external signal monitoring, comparing and processing.

Description
The SLI 15 Inverter Series provides an ideal solution for telecom, IT, and industrial applications. Due to innovative
technology solutions like the patent-pending "Compact Coil", the SLI 15 inverters pack 1500 watts of power into a
light (5.6 kg) and compact package that is mountable in 19" racks and is only one rack unit high. The SLI 15
Inverter Series offers four models for different input (24 and 48VDC) and output (115 and 230VAC) voltage
combinations. An integrated controller, along with an optional internal Static Transfer Switch (STS) enable flexible
and scalable systems which are truly "plug and play", and require no external subsystems. The inverters can be
stacked up to the power level needed by each application and also have the capability to be configured for
generating a 3-phase voltage source.
Electrical performance of the SLI 15 is exemplary of a top-of-the-market product with efficiency that peaks at 93%
and a patent-pending control algorithm that compensates current harmonics on the DC side without using bulky and
expensive filters. The SLI 15 includes a powerful on-board Digital Signal Processor (DSP) that allows easy
programming of main parameters through use of its front-panel keypad and LCD display. In addition, the SLI 15 can
be interfaced with an RS-485 serial communications link.

program that allows remote access to system
parameters, alarm history, and battery test data at a
single system location.
Alarm Central allows multiple power systems to be
monitored using a hierarchy based window system
that informs a user of system events, using both
audible and visual alarms.
SNMP Monitoring Software
System monitoring can also be accomplished
through standard SNMP protocols and an enterprise
specific Management Information Base (MIB).
SNMP allows the user to access and monitor system
parameters as well as tracking system variables.

XCS

Controller

Description
The Power-One Xscend Controller System (XCS) provides comprehensive monitoring
and control for Power-Ones Xscend DC power systems. This digital controller monitors
total system conditions including DC voltage, rectifier current, rectifier temperature,
system capacity, battery parameters and circuit breaker status.
The XCS enables data storage of system configuration information such as battery type,
installation date and system commission date. Visual notification of alarm and warning
conditions are indicated by front panel LEDs, while descriptions of the alarms are provided
through an LCD, or as an option, may be accessed remotely through a modem or a
Network Interface (PNI) module.
To meet individual site requirements, the XCS contains a logic operator that can be
programmed to monitor and control specified requirements. This allows actions to be set,
alarms to be triggered, and outputs to be activated based on internal and external signal
monitoring, comparing and processing.
