Legal
Trespass The trespass law is in place to ensure that if you own a piece
of land, people wouldnt be allowed to enter your land. This ensures your
privacy and that people dont mess with your land.
I would not be allowed to use private property as it is owned by someone
else and it is not open to the public. I would have to make sure I am
allowed to use the property by asking the owner
Intellectual property rights This law disables people from stealing
other peoples ideas as using it as their own and then taking all the credit,
it is only punishable if the stolen idea is published.
I would have to make sure all my ideas are original and that I do not use
and publish someone elses idea.
Copyright The copyright law is there to grant ownership to their work
and whatever they have published, this makes sure that everyones work
is different in some way or another.
Ethical
Representation This ethical issue for this advert is that second hand
clothes shouldnt be shamed upon just because theyre not brand new. I
am representing Second hand clothes as stylish and just as good as highstreet clothing.
