Legal and Ethical Considerations:
Copyright – My work will be original and I will not be breaking this law.
Intellectual property – I must make sure that the clothes my model is wearing is not
branded or have any writing on it.
Trespass – My photographs are going to be taken at my house and in a public Park I
will not need permission to take photos here.
Ethical – My photographs will be using one ethnicity, which is white, and one gender,
which is female. My photographs must also not mislead anyone saying that the
clothes are brand new because they’re not.
