Legal and Ethical considerations
Trespass: The photographs I will be taking will be at my back garden and public park which
will be at my house so I won’t ask for permission.
Copyright: Everything that I am taking will be my own work.
Intellectual property: There will no logo or trademarks on the clothes on any of my models.
Ethical: I am well aware that the models are white. So if I am doing this professionally I will
be using models of different race. I will also go to different locations other than my house. I
am not allow to say that this is new clothing as this will lead to misleading advertisement.
