TOPIC: THE 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE
The seven habits of highly effective people were written by Covey Stephen is the
most interesting publication, because this article show us how to be an effective
person. People should make decisions about things that one can do, one should
not let external factors affect it. People who are affected and complain about all the
external factors are called reactive group and the other person are known as
proactive as these always prepared for the future with education sand intelligent
resource management, it is this more difficult path.
The first habit is to become a PROACTIVE PERSON, for this one has that he
should ask oneself, if one is doing what you want? You are fulfilling my objectives?
If the answer is not, it's time to change. This habit learns us about the responsibility
in our own lives with principles and valuables.
The second habit IS TO START WITH THE END IN MIND, this means that one has
to focus on the important things and work with order for that we should recognize
between things important and urgent.
The third habit is ESTABLISH FIRST THINGS FIRST, this relates explain about
people should help to other person to be prosperous, this is known as a win / win.
The fourth habit WIN / WIN, this is related about the interaction with other people
and you can find thing that other people need and put their needs first before our
personal criteria, so we could solve whatever thing that other people want.
The fifth habit is SEEK FIRST TO UNDERSTAND AND THEN TO BE
UNDERSTOOD. This part talking about as we are working together could reach big
met so we should work with a group of people because one person cannot
advance as much as an organized group.
The sixth habit is SYNERGY. This is important habit because you should take time
to listen to others people and overall understand so can solve several conflicts.
The seventh habit is TO TAKE TIME or sharpen the saw, this is important habit
because you can take time to strengthen our being to meet our objectives, either
you are exercising, meditating, reading a book. This habit is important because you
should balance your lives.
All these habits are related in a way that will allow us to become efficient people in
our personal lives.
