GCS introduce Micro control based Consistency Transmitter to control the pulp consistency at
wet end to maintain GSM of paper. The transmitter's operation is based on shear force
measurement t. As consistency changes the movement on diaphragm changes the electrical signal,
which is generated by Eddy Current Probe. And this electric output signal is directly proportional
to change in consistency. The transmitter is supplied with an operating unit.
