ESLO # 3

COLLABORATION AND
SERVANT LEADERSHIP

For the ESLO project number 3, the Photographic Essay I have

decided to follow Karen Tiburcio ESLO project as an example.
Im using her project as an example because it follows all the
requirements needed. Karen ESLO project is well structure and
elaborated. She made a simple project, but at the same time it
proves her servant leadership and collaboration. Karen
describe all the parts of her ESLO in a simple way to not spoil,
but at the same time you could clearly understand what she
really wanted to say. She put a lot of effort on describing every
picture and this is why this is a great example to follow.

During our senior year of high school we have learn many things but one of the
most important ones is working as a team been a family. We had to work together
in order to create a shell for us to sleep in. The survival trip made us be more
humble with each other and our friends and family. This trip was a school trip
created to prove our abilities in a place we have not been before. It made us get
out of our comfort zone and help each other even if we did not really wanted to.

Working with different Staff members and missionaries we help develop a

garden in Doulos Discovery School property. We help create this because it will
inspire parents to bring there kids to this school. Having a sense being out in the
nature inspire student to keep learning. It makes things more peaceful and
relaxing for students to learn. This shows the effort we put on working to benefit
not only us, but everyone else who has the chance to enjoy the garden.

This soccer team was made up of people who like to perfume by there selves. We
did not like working as a team. Sense we did not know each other that well we
try to do everything by our selves. We surely did not like working as a time, but
when the time came and we were losing everyone got out of the comfort zone.
We all wanted to win witch created a strong relationship that let us work
together.

Every year we went to spirit mountain and we created new memories. We all
wanted to help in anything we could because we did not wanted people goofing
around. By doing all your wok when you needed to, that create an incentive for
others to finish there duties. When you create an environment to influence others
everyone will respond to does emotions and will want to contribute to what they
have to do. Off course everyone did this things because they want to serve not
because they really have to.

We participate in many activities at Doulos and many of them we do because

there fun. We also try to participate in every activity we can to set an example for
others. We decide to serve in does events because afterward other people will
want to do the same things and help. By working in many different things as a
group we learn how to work with each other. I enjoy to collaborate with my peers
witch leads others to do the same thing with their peers. Working together is the
base of having a happy life.
