What do you think about having the non-homeroom staff in charge of set up of activities and then going with assigned grade levels to assist with
the running of activities? Instead of remaining at activities that way there are already additional staff throughout the day all working together
and allowing for breaks
To Do:
1. Finalize materials/supplies lists and make sure we have what we need keep in mind we dont have much of a budget
2. Newsletter communication to parents/volunteers/parking
3. Rain Plan
4. Map and coordination of the spaces and make sure we dont overlap
5. Permission Slip: Swim/lunch count/parents plan to attend?/Parents plan to transport?
6. Finalize Opening and Closing Just what are we doing??? Who is leading?
7. Who will work on set up of road block/flags, signs, traffic control, bus signs?
