Introduction Brainstorm class discussion using


the following prompts:
What are some personality traits / characteristics?
What are some academic traits / characteristics?
Which do we value / not value?

15 minutes

Small group work students create a


brainstorm of their characteristics and traits
Identify 3 personality characteristics for each student
in the group, making note of them on an A3 piece of
paper
Students then walk around the classroom looking at
each groups traits, and need to identify 3
characteristics that they would like to have that they
currently dont
