Weekly Connect 5 Call Week of June 6th, 2016

Good evening Jaguar Families! This is Jon Williams, Assistant Principal, of

William Ellis Middle School with a few announcements for the final week of
school June 6th, 2016.
Testing this week will include:
-June 6th CTE Testing for all grades
-June 7th and 8th Make-up Testing for CTE Post Assessments and EOGs for
select students
Please help your child to get a good night sleep and have a great breakfast in
the morning on testing days
Attention Parents and Students: The End of the Year Grade Level Award
Assemblies will be on the following days and times:
-6th Grade Awards: Tuesday @ 2:00 in the Gym
-8th Grade Awards: Wednesday @ 1:30 in the Gym
-7th Grade Awards: Thursday following School-wide Awards which will be
around 10:30 these will also be in the gym
Our School-wide Awards Assembly for all grades and the 8th Grade Promotion
Exercise will be on Thursday @ 8:30 in our gym.
All parents, guardians, and family members are invited to these special
assemblies to celebrate the accomplishments of your children from this past
year.
Attention Students: Please turn in any books, uniforms, locks, library books, or
any other school item to the proper staff member as soon as you can if you
havent already done so.
