 Mr. Fix is a detective from Scotland Yard who

are on trail of the infamous robber of the Bank
of England.
He belive Phileas Fogg is the robber of the Bank
of England and follows him around the world
He wants the reward money
Fix little dense and unscrupulous in his
methods beliving he is righteous in stopping
Phileas Fogg any way he can, though he has no
proof.

 Detective Fix is small and nervous

with twitching eyebrows and piercing
eyes.
He is intelligent but not wise or
intutive.
He goes by his fixed ideas and is not
