    The more sunlight a tube is exposed to, the less carbonic acid there is (more blue) and the less sunlight the tube is exposed, the higher the carbonic acid levels are. The tubes that got more sunlight were more blue which meant that they used more of the carbon dioxide to photosynthesize, turning it more blue.

    Procedure:
    Wegotsixtubesofeldea.Thefirsttubewasthecontrolwhichonlyhad
    bromothymolblueandnoelodea.Thefivetubeshadapieceofelodeaandbromothymolblue
    whichweblewinto,raisingthecarbonicacidlevels.Welabeledeachtube:directsunlight,direct
    classroomlight,windowlight,completedarkness,andoutsideshade.Afterthatweputthe
    tubesinatuberackandputthemintheplacesindicatedonthetube.

    Results:
    Control:Samecolorasbromothymolbluewithoutcarbonicacid
    DirectSunlight:Blue
    DirectClassroomlight:Blue
    WindowLight:Green,almostclear
    Completedarkness:greenalmostclear

    Analysis:
    Thetubesthatgotmoresunlightweremorebluewhichmeantthattheyusedmoreof
    thecarbondioxidetophotosynthesize,turningitmoreblue.Thetubesthatgotlesssunlight
    photosynthesizedlesswhichmeanstheyusedlesscarbondioxide,leavingmorecarbonlevels
    higher.Thismeansthatourhypothesiswascorrect.
