AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I, Paulo B. Burro Filipino, of legal age, and with office address at 231 Singalong St.
Malate, Manila, afer bein sworn in accordance wih law, depose and stae that:

1. Iam a regular employee of he Philoan Company Inc, a lending company

organized and existing under Philippine laws with the same office address as
hereinabove mentioned, primarily tasked on collection of receivables and
likewise authorized to do messengerial tasks like serving of demand letters
among otheres, wherether from the Philoan or from its retained counsel
2. On November 1, 2013 I went to the las known address of REYNALDO MANUEL
Y. BELTRAN, 2571 Leon Guinto St. Malate, Manila in order o serve a copy of
the notice of dishonor and final demand letter dated August 12,2014.
3. When I arrived at the above-mentioned locaion of REYNALDO MANUEL Y.
BELTRAN at around 9:00am of August 12,2014 their secretary, in the name of
Naomi B. Maria told me that she was advised that REYNALDO MANUEL Y.
BELTRAN would not be coming to work today.
4. Thus, I left the letter with Naomi B. Maria who I perceived was legal age and
had suffcient discreion and authority to receive correspondences, duly reived
that said notice of dishonor and final demand letters for and in behalf of
REYNALDO MANUEL Y. BELTRAN
5. I am executing this instant Affidavit of Service to attest to the thruthfulness of
the foregoing statements.
