Victorias Secret 20th Celebration

Manhattan, New York City- Calling all Angels! This year the Victorias Secret
Fashion Show will celebrate its 20th anniversary on November 9th, 2015 in the
heart of downtown Manhattan. Special musical performances from Rihanna,
Selena Gomez, The Weeknd and Ellie Goulding will hit the stage playing live
through out the whole show. Veteran Angel and newly married Behati Prinsloo
Levine will wearing the legendary Fantasy Bra priced at 2.5 million US Dollars.
Chief Marketing Officer Ed Razek expressed his reasoning behind the show
being held in New York City rather then Miami like 10 th anniversary fashion show.
In the late 90s the first Victorias Secret Fashion Show was envisioned, created
and celebrated here [New York City], why move it to another city? This is the
birthplace of the sexist night on television where Heidi, Tyra and Gisele first
walked. I believe theres no better place to host the show.
This years 20th fashion show will introduce ten new Victorias Secret Angels that
have been given contracts lasting up to three years. Each newly contracted
Angel will be representing their nationality in the fashion show displaying a
sample of the twenty countries that broadcast the fashion show live all over the
global.
Among the newest Angels, reality television stars Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid
debut their catwalks that night, closing two sections of the show. While veteran
Angels Adriana Lima and Candice Swanepoel will be opening and closing the
show.
Victorias Secret Sport, a new segment in the fashion show will be presented
displaying the latest fitness trends and workout attire from the Victorias Secret
catalogue.
The 20th fashion show will air on December 13th, 2015 on CBS at 9pm Eastern
Time.
Victorias Secret is the worlds largest retailer lingerie brand found by Roy
Raymond in 1977.
