The Bronze Bow newspaper Project

Create a Colorful newspaper about the book we read in class, Treasure
Island. You will take a posterboard and Design your own newspaper.
Things your newspaper should include are
1. A creative title related to the book
2. Summarization of the plot in one article (minimum 4
paragraphs)
3. Cover the weather in the story (5 days with pictures)
4. A feature story on one of the more interesting characters
(minimum 2 paragraphs) with a picture of the character.
SHOULD BE AN INTERVIEW FORMAT
5. Include an editorial (your opinion on a scene/event from the
book. Minimum 2 paragraph).
6. Add a collection of ads that would relate to the story in extra
space (ex: Bring this slip in for 2 free horseshoes at Simons
Smithy Shop!). 5 ADVERTISEMENTS
You will have 4 days in class to complete this project. Make sure
to use your time wisely.
