I have a keen interest in the profile being offered and having taken integral roles in management of
technical fests in college, I consider myself apt for the role. I am perseverant, have excellent
communication skills and am at ease in situations that require interaction with people.

Please share your most significant contribution /achievement in your career or academics or
extracurricular so far?
I was integral in organizing the technical fest TECHSPARDHA 2015 managing various events as well
as coordinating numerous sub-committees. I had under my wing a group 19 students whom
I not only mentored but also managed in course of the tech fest.
Apart from my managerial role, my internship at JCB-India Ltd. has played a vital role in improving
my academic as well as overall growth.

Tell us about the most challenging experience you have had so far.
While an intern at JCB-India Ltd. I had to work in the Quality Department I had to undertake the
massive responsibility of initiating tougher quality checks and including as many practical
considerations while calling for improved standards. It was a challenging task that I thoroughly
enjoyed.

Share your career goals, short-term and long-term.

Short-term goal is to begin my professional career at a job that will provide me a much needed exposure
as a fresher that will supplement my growth and help establish a work ethic for the rest of my career.
In the long term, I would be glad if I prove as an asset to the company I work for whilst reaping benefits
of the mutual labor undertaken as both an individual employee as well as the member of the company.
