"Hello, my name is PIO FRANCISCO OBALDE. I have
A YEAR of experience in THIS INDUSTRY OR CIVIL
ENGINEERING FIELD. During my time in the industry, I
have gained valuable skills LIKE TECHNICAL SKILLS
THAT IS VERY ESSENTIAL IN THIS FIELD, which I
believe make me a strong fit for this position.

I completed my Degree in CIVIL ENGINEERING from

CAMARINES NORTE STATE COLLEGE. This college
experience provided me with a solid foundation in
calculations, planning and technical skills. Since then,
I have been actively applying and expanding my
knowledge through practical work experience.

In my previous role at my previous workplace, I was

responsible for the support in technical planning or
planning in autocad of the structures and projects to
be build . I successfully do my job there and continue
to fulfill my responsibility until I decided to leave in
the company to find the best company that I could
excel and will make my skills more productive. These
experiences have helped me develop my skills and
give me more of an understanding of civil engineering
best practices.

I applied in for this position for several

Q6:what are your weaknesses and strength?

To be honest I think the only weakness I possess
is when being in a new company and a new set
of people. My self-esteem is not that high indeed
when I am around people that are new to my
surrounding that’s why sometimes my
communication skill declines but of course
overtime it can be fixed and overcome just like
my old experience because the awkwardness
feeling and shyness to people around will always
slowly fade Because of course every single work
day I will see and chat to them frequently.
On the other hand, when it comes to my
strength. My greatest strength is my intellectual
ability and focus especially on the task and
responsibilities that I do. Because these
characteristics make my performance in my
work more productive and efficient. That saves
time and effort with quality and high-class
productivity of my work.

Q15 :what kind of work environment do you work best in

"I have found that I am adaptable and can perform well
in a variety of work environments. However, there are
certain qualities in a work environment that bring out
the best in me.
First and foremost, I appreciate a collaborative work
environment where teamwork is encouraged. I believe
that when individuals from diverse backgrounds and
skill sets come together, it leads to more innovative
and effective solutions. I enjoy bouncing ideas off my
colleagues, brainstorming together, and collaborating
on projects to achieve shared goals.
Furthermore, I appreciate a work environment that
promotes continuous learning and growth. I believe in
