    To install:

    Mac Users:
    Move the folder "Cineblur," containing the preset, into your After Effects Presets folder
    located at "Applications/Adobe After Effects/Presets"
    Windows Users:
    Move the folder "Cineblur," containing the preset, into your After Effects Presets folder
    located at "C:/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe After Effects/Support Files/Presets"
    Restart AE or click the arrow in the top right of the "effects & presets" bin and
    click "refresh list."
