The Fee payment shall be made through either Demand Draft in favour of THE CHIEF
WARDEN, NIT, TRICHY payable at Trichy (SBI, NIT Branch only).
D.D should be made on or after January 1st, 2016.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MODE OF PAYMENT

1. Part payment will not be accepted.
2. Payment shall be made by i - collect through internet banking only. (Procedure for SBI i-collect
payment is available in the website www.nitt.edu.).
3. Students who received Bank Loan / Scholarship only can submit their Hostel fees through
Demand Draft in favour of The Chief Warden, NIT, Trichy payable at Trichy before the
stipulated date.
4. Students who are applying for Bank Loan / Scholarship should pay the Hostel fees before the
stipulated date. The bank loan / Scholarship amount, subsequently received from Bank / State
/ Central Governments will be transferred to the students account.
5. Students should deposit i-collect print out and Demand draft in the Hostel office and collect the
receipt for the same otherwise the fee amount will not be credited in individuals
MIS account.
