A er years of feeding my entrepreneurial drive, I've reached a point where I'm looking to settle
down. With the prospect of marriage and kids on the table, my hope is to bring together my years of
experience and my passion for success to a small but growing start-up. I'm looking for a team that I

BOARD MEMBER

As a board member, I help advise on various decision as it pertains to the company vision and
goals. I also contribute my skills and knowledge by participating actively in meetings and willingly
o er help where I'm needed.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Aircare, Toronto,On, November 2014 - May 2016
My focus consists of recruiting new hosts and hospitals and overseeing a successful on-boarding
process. That also entails working alongside the product team to improve the UX/UI. It is also my
responsibility to manage and support existing hosts and hospitals, drive sales results and help with
a smooth implementation of the platform among the various stakeholders.
SR. ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
ClearFit, Toronto,On, July 2014 - June 2015
My role at ClearFit is multifaceted. Coming in at the ground floor, I helped to build the sales
workflow, structure and processes. Working alongside the Director of CRM and Director of Customer
Success, I helped to implement the foundation for the lead flow as they moved through the sales
cycle, set up the relationship between the Customer Success team, Business Development team
and Sales Team and a number of other groundwork tasks. This was and continued to be an ongoing
process as the sales team grew.
FOUNDER
Roxi Communications Inc, Toronto,On, May 2012 - January 2016
At Roxi I was in charge of developing the product roadmap and executing against it in a way that
would ensure that the product suite was in line with or superior to best practices in UI/UX, security,
stability, and scalability. I was responsible for developing the general go-to-market operations and
marketing strategies and anticipate disruptions to develop strategic pivots as necessary. Along with
overseeing all final decisions on human, financial, and technical operations, I lead product vision,
company strategy and recruitment. Lastly, I was in charge of all sales.
DIGITAL BUSINESS MEDIA SPECIALIST
Multiview, Toronto,On, March 2012-August 2012
At Multiview, I managed leads and drove the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals.
I assessed the clients' advertising needs and built a campaign that best suited their industry
message. I was responsible for driving sales activity to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue
targets and identified areas of improvement to increase sales and assisted in implementing
solutions.

At Credico, I lead and managed a direct sales team that was responsible for various campaigns for
clients in telecommunications, energy, and financial sectors. Responsibilities involved interviewing
and training team and meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Vibrant Ideation Marketing, Toronto,On, May 2010- March 2011
Actively involved in promoting various brands through numerous executions across Ontario.
Attended brand specific workshops to better understand the clients vision and the brands essence
and e ectively transmit that to customers. Involved in some admin work which included; organizing

brand specific kits for employees, itemizing storage inventory, shipped out products to our
respective o ices across Canada on time and with the appropriate inventory based on the location
and client.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND OPERATIONS
Limelight Media, Toronto,On, January 2007-September 2012
Responsible for organizing and executing events catering to a university audience (trips, parties,
galas, fundraisers). Handled all aspects from begin to end. Built and maintained strong business
relationship with local establishments to promote cross promotions and other business
partnerships.

TO4UBER
Launched a PR campaign in support of keeping Uber operating in Toronto. #TO4Uber became a
trending topic in Canada and I was able to collect thousands of signatures from Torontonians
supporting Uber.

LASTCALLTO
Launched a PR campaign in support of extending the last call for alcohol in Toronto from 2am to
4am. The campaign became the #1 trending topic on Twitter in Canada and was a top story on a
dozens of new media outlets across the country including, CBC, CTV, CityNews, Reddit, National
Post, Toronto Star just to name a few. It also became an election topic during the 2014 Toronto
Mayoral Elections and collected thousands of signatures from Torontonians supporting the
campaign.
