1. Daily exercises

15 se 20 minute tak tej chalna, dance karna, jogging aur cycling karna.
Agar akele exercise nahi kar sake to kisi family member ya friend ko bhi apne sath exercise karne ke liye
kahiye. Regular exercises karne par aap jald hi apne mood mein badlav mehsoos karenge.
Exercises mein aap aerobic exercise, Baba Rambev yoga aur meditation bhi shamil kar sakte hai. Meditation
aur yoga se man shant hoga aur body ki negative energy bahar niikal jayegi.

Family Support
Family mein agar kisi ko ye bimari hai to use pura support de aur use patient kabhi na samjhe.
Aesi baate na kare jisse use taklif hoti ho.

lete hai. Extreme dipression mein kuch log aatamhatya karne ki koshish tak karte hai. Aagar aap is
bimari ka shikar hai to jab bhi man mein aatam hatya ka vichar aaye to turant kisi ko bulaye aur
doctor se contact kare.
