I am very excited to read about the advertisement regarding the


receptionist/administrator job that you posted online on your organization
website on 13 May 2016, and I would like to apply for this position. I have a
Bachelor Degree in Health Administration and Leadership which I obtained at
Higher Colleges of Technology Fujairah. While studying, I went on training at
Khorfakkan Hospital for four months within an administrative position.
My strengths involve, but are not restricted to the following;
A very organized person who like to organize her tasks, and who can
function with little direction.
I have time management skills where I prioritize my tasks by sorting
them into urgent, important, or not very necessary. I can efficiently,
quickly, and fully finish tasks on hand.
I have thorough software knowledge (ICDL certification), very good
language skills (IELTS band 5.5) and skilled in doing a various office
administration tasks like scheduling appointments, reception, filing,
answering the telephone and taking notes.
I count myself a profitable employee with strong work ethics who places high
efforts to make sure the entire tasks given to me are finished on time and
with the best standards.
