I have a bachelor in healthcare administration and leadership. I am very organized person; I like to
organize my tasks. I manage my time in which I prioritize my tasks by categorizing them into
urgent, important, or not very necessary. I can efficiently and quickly finish tasks on hand. I have
computer skills. I can work using Microsoft office programs, and I like designing websites and
designing PowerPoint slides and certificates. I like to work with different teams, and deal and
communicate with people from different nationalities.
I trained in Khorfakkan hospital as a healthcare administrator. I worked in different departments
such as accounting, customer service, public relations, nursing, occupational and safety,
purchasing, Human resource, quality and accreditation, medical record, and pharmacy
departments. The tasks I did include but not limited to proofreading numbers using Microsoft office
programs mostly Microsoft word and Microsoft excel. I used my designing skills in designing
PowerPoint slides, and designing certificates. I did office administration tasks like reception, filing,
answering the telephone and taking notes.

2014 Khorfakkan Hospital Training
Worked as a healthcare administrator once a week in various departments in khorfakkan hospital and they are: accounting,
customer service, public relations, nursing, occupational and safety, purchasing, Human resource, Information Technology,
education and development, quality and accreditation, medical record, and pharmacy departments.
Tasks and roles done in Khorfakkan Hospital:
Entering and proofreading numbers and data using Microsoft word and Microsoft excel programs.
Helped in many departments using my designing skills such as designing PowerPoint slides, and designing certificates.
Administration tasks such as filing, reception, and using the phone to answer the calls when my supervisor was not around.
Effectively dealt with different types of patients in outpatient departments such as customer service and public relations.
