Fill out this Exhibit Entry Sheet and return to the Cornell Cooperative University Extension Education
Center, 377 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, by July 15th. Use the Premium Book for information
on Section and Class numbers for entries.

NOTE: AGAIN THIS YEAR, WE WILL BE PREPARING ALL ENTRY TAGS ELECTRONICALLY, SO YOU WILL NOT
HAVE TO FILL OUT THE DOUBLE ENTRY TAGS!

Each exhibitor is allowed only 25 entries. Teen Superintendent/Fair Assistants will be counted as
one entry toward the maximum 25 entries. Public Presentations also will be counted as one entry
toward the maximum 25 entries.
