June 11, 2010 (Rockville, Maryland)- SysArc is pleased to announce that it has received a contract to
provide Managed Infrastructure support software, ongoing maintenance and support in addition to
business and technology consulting to this quickly growing Washington, DC Association.

Under this Fixed-Price contract, SysArc will provide computer and infrastructure support, software and
reporting to ensure the optimization, up-time and overall security for all servers, desktops and devices.

The association will receive technical support via SysArc's Network Operations Center and Infrastructure
Support Framework to include Proactive Technology Management, Reactive Support Services, Network
Administration as well as continual Technology and Business Consulting.

In addition, several advanced technologies will be deployed to help ensure continued business process
improvement and that any support issues may be efficiently and effectively resolved. The support
services will draw upon and leverage SysArc’s six years of technical and business experience assisting
small and mid-sized organizations throughout the Washington, DC area.
