Useful Tips
I reccommend going to Rivet City right out of the gate inorder to grab the INT
Bobblehead as to maximize your skill points. Do Operation Anchorage ASAP for the
Chinese Stealth Suit at the end, also the Covert Ops perk doesn't hurt. After that, you can
decide between going to the Pit for the Perforator or making your PER-6, i.e. gabing the
PER Bobblehead at the Republic of Dave and doing THOSE! for the Ant Sight Perk. To
finish this build out strong you require Time Bomb's Luck Eight Ball for the LCK bonus.
