    Reports

    You help out in the multimedia centre at a language school called Highford Academy.
    The school’s director has asked you to write a report on the centre with a view to
    making improvements. Read the extract from the director’s email and the comments
    made by students, and write a report for the director incorporating students’ opinions
    and making suggestions for improvements. (220-260 words)

    I expect by now you will have


    received some answers to the
    questionnaire you asked users of
    the centre to complete. I would
    therefore be grateful if you could
    write a report summarizing what
    they say and suggesting ways in
    which the centre could be
    improved.

    • Like the DVD library, but most of the films are American.
    • Too hot, too crowded, too noisy!
    • You can’t always get on a computer - some people spend
    hours writing emails.
    • Some excellent listening material – shame the CD
    players are so bad.
