RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research Design
Keeping in mind the objective of the study the research design kept is
descriptive and explanatory. It allows the study of specific concerns and
theory. The research will be carried out by collection of data through
interviews conducted at the personal interview, via telephone and via e-mail.
To meet the required objectives the instrument will be used for collecting data
will be questionnaire method. Questionnaire is defined as a general term to
include all techniques of data collection in which each person is asked to
respond to the same set of questions in a predetermined order. Descriptive
research using opinion questionnaires will enable researcher to identify and
describe internet marketing strategies of Bharti Wal-Mart in retail sector.
Data Collection
Primary Data will be collected through structured questionnaire.
Secondary data sources such as use of the books, research journals,
websites and commercial reports.
