EXECUTIVE ORDER 001-2010

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the Xavier University – Ateneo
de Cagayan Central Student Government, and in order to ensure greater administrative and fiscal efficiency, it
is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. There is hereby established the following Offices of the Central Student Government. The heads of
the offices shall be referred to as Office Director. These Offices shall establish and develop processes and
systems that ensure an efficient management on government affairs and acts as the internal coordinator for the
different needs of the Departments.

(a) Office of Administrative Affairs - shall facilitate the Human Resource affairs of the entire Central
Student Government, shall develop and maintain and efficient office management system, shall be
responsible for the maintenance of the assets of the Central Student Government.
(b) Office of Budget and Finance – shall be the main custodian of the Central Student Government
funds, shall develop and efficient budgeting and disbursement system, shall maintain and updated and
transparent record of all financial dealings of the Central Student Government.
(c) Office of Information and Promotions – shall ensure maximum awareness and participation on all
Central Student Government activities and important university information, shall develop and maintain
the Central Student Government Integrated Information System (website, council information, face –to-
face communication, sms).
(d) Office of Research and Constituent Insight – shall quantify and qualify the pulse of the student body
on issues/concerns and develop periodic researches that aid student governance and the school
administration, shall develop indicators to monitor the performance of the student government.

Section 2. Office Directors will be in charge to appropriate the number of needed man power in their respective
offices and the recruitment process shall be under the direct supervision of the Office of Administrative Affairs.
