Dear Sir/Madam:

Greetings!

The Alliance of Young Nurse Leaders & Advocates International Inc. (AYNLA) is a non-stock, non-profit
young professional organization founded in September 2009 in the Philippines recognized by the
Professional Regulations Commission and registered under the Securities & Exchange Commission with
registration number CN201009281 and TIN 007-794-285. AYNLA’s main aim is to strengthen the
leadership and management knowledge, skills and attitudes of newly-practicing nurses, students and
other healthcare professionals. AYNLA is also a recognized international partner of the Nightingale
Initiative for Global Health (NIGH) & the Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) for the 2010 International
Year of the Nurse & the Nightingale Declaration; and partners the United Nations Millennium Campaign
for the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

As one of the organization's International Consultant and member of the Philippine Board of Nursing, I
hereby recommend the Alliance as a reliable and noteworthy young professional organization for young
nurses, students and allied healthcare professionals alike. I vouch in good faith that the goals /
objectives / purposes to which the organization was created were made for the betterment of the
nursing profession and to guide the advance beginner nurses both here and abroad. As one of their
consultants and as member of their International Board of Consultants, I, along with other member
proficient nurse leaders in the Philippines, Canada and the USA, stand alongside with their vision and
continuously guiding them in all their endeavors. I strongly recommend them to be affiliated with your
organization and compliment both your services.

May you find favor in this very promising, dynamic and active organization.

Thank you and more power!

Truly yours,

Hon. Marco Antonio Sto. Tomas

Board of Nursing
