Respectfully requesting for your kind assistance in protecting the safety of

the lives of students and their guardians crossing along Commonwealth
avenue, Quezon City, Philippines from Monday to Friday , To attend their
classes at North Fairview Elementary School and North Fairview High School
Numbering to about four thousands students plus their guardians more or less .

Mayor Baustista please be informed that just recently a student of the said
school died and hit by a rushing vehicle while crossing the said street .

We have chosen to vote for you and protect your votes being a member of
one vote movement comelec accredited poll watcher , because we believe in your
sincerity in meeting the needs of your constituents .

Like you said in many of your street BILLBOARDS ( SALAMAT PO SA INYONG

PAGTITTIWALA ) , we firmly believe that with your administration as the
Honorable Mayor of Quezon City Philippines this urgent problems o students
facing everyday going in and out of the said school to attend their classes will
be once and for all resolved and the lives of this students and their guardians will
be spared.

Mayor Bautista your immediate action and kind consideration on this urgent
request of the undersigned and your constituents as well will be highly appreciated
.
