Dear Mayor Adrian Aya Tio

My name is RYAN P. SALES, and I am a resident of Centro 2, Luna, Isabela. I am currently a

third (3rd) year student at Philippine Normal University North Luzon, taking up Bachelor in Seconday
Education, Major in Science with specialization in Biology. I am writing to respectfully request your
assistance in securing a scholarship program to hep me continue my education.

I am dedicated and hardworking student with a consistent academic record. I have maintained
a GPE of jjdfaofonaos and currently the Vice President of PNUNL Kalibnusan Chorale. I am also
actively involved in PNUNL Kalibnusan Chorale club, Students Catholic Organization, and Natural
Science Society in which I believe I contribute a positive impact to my fellow students and to the
community.

Unfortunately, my Mother Judith E. Paton-og is facing financial difficulties, making it

increasingly difficult for her to support my education and I only have my mother to aid my financial
needs. My mother is only selling Pancit Cabagan and garners only a small amount of money for our
needs. This situation has created a significant burden on us and has put my education goals at risk.

I am confident that I have the potential to succeed in my studies and contribute meaningfully to society.
A scholarship would provide me with the financial support I need to focus on my education without
worrying about the financial burden and reach my academic goals.
