Criteria for child labour
• Child below 14 yrs of age cannot work.
• The tender age of children are not abused &
that they are not forced by economic
necessity.
• Children shall be given opportunities &
facilities to develop in a healthy manner.
• Govt. provide free & compulsory education for
all children till the age of 14.
