    message at the bottom of
    the screen.
    Add F4 = Total
    Upon pressing F4, a window will be displayed
    showing following:

    Total
    Covered Amount: Total of Covered Amount for all
    records
    Paid Amount: Same as above for paid amount
    Whole Amount: Same as above for whole amount
    Charge Amount: Same as above charge Amount
    Actual Amount: Same as above actual amount

    F12 = Cancel

    In the above screen, when taken F4 a window


    should display as below:

    Total
    Covered Amount: 5730.8
    Paid Amount: 31246
    Whole Amount: 117246
    Charge Amount: 57286
    Actual Amount: 51724

    F12 = Cancel
