ENROLMENT AND REGISTRATION

You will be sent instructions via email towards the end of August to allow you to access our
Pre-enrolment portal. Once you have completed this process you will be able to print out an
Enrolment Summary.

You will need to keep this safe and bring it with you to Bradford to enable you to formally enrol
with the University.

As part of the pre-enrolment process you will be asked to email a passport photograph of
yourself to us to be used on your student identification card.

For MSc and MBA international students enrolment will take place on the city campus on
Thursday 16 September 2010.

For MSc HRM and HRM Part-time EU/UK student’s enrolment will take place from 09.00-
09.30 on Tuesday 21 September. For all other MSc EU/UK students’ enrolment will take
place on the city campus on Tuesday 21 September 2010 between 14.00-16.00.

For MBA EU/UK student’s enrolment will take place on the city campus on Monday 27
September 2010 between 09.00-12.00.

All enrolments will take place in the Small Hall in the Richmond Building. You will need to
bring with you:

 Your Enrolment Summary

 Your Offer letter
 Your original qualification certificates
 Your passport/EU ID card

If the tuition fee required to be paid is over £4,500 you will be expected to pay 50% of the fee
at registration. If the tuition fee required to be paid is less than £4,500 you will be required to
pay in full or set up a direct debit in for 3 installments (28 November, 28 January and 28
March) or 5 equal installments (from 28 November – 28 March).

Students who are unable to make this payment will be given a Conditional enrolment slip.
This will allow access to Library and IT facilities for 4 weeks only. After this time your access
and registration will be terminated.
