Drain water from beer coolers Restock beer if needed then fill with ice Make tea (weekends make full urn, weekdays make one pot to start off) Make coffee if needed Make sure there is silverware on all tables Sugar/Salt & Pepper caddies filled All tables are wiped down and clean Bar is wiped down Put patio umbrellas out and open Empty all ashtrays if needed Cut all fruit Keep all doors shut (it stays cooler this way) Make sure bathroom lights are turned on and there is plenty of paper towels and toilet paper

ANYONE IN YOUR DRAWER*** Closing Duties Count drawer =$200.00 Print out report and drop cash and all receipts Write your name, date and credit card tips on your drop envelope Rinse off all drink mats and lay them over the sinks Take beer drains out and rinse Pour hot water down beer drains and clean them Throw out any tea, coffee, etc… Make sure all tables are wiped down Silverware on all tables, & enough rolled for the next day Sugar/Salt & Pepper caddies filled Lock ALL doors Take umbrellas down and put them either behind the bar or in the pro shop Empty all ashtrays Turn off all bathroom lights Make sure all kitchen lights are turned off as well as the tea and coffee machines Wipe down the bar Restock all beer Restock bev naps, straws, etc… Cover the ice (the soda gun has to stay cool overnight) Drain all sinks Fill a pitcher with soda water and disassemble soda gun and soak it MAKE SURE THE ICE SCOOP IS IN ITS PLACE IN THE ICE MACHINE AND NOT BURIED UNDER ALL THE ICE! Turn off all lights
